At Point16, we’re committed to your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Point16 Limited (NZBN: 9429042162476) (Point16) in delivering the Business Growth School Programme, manages your personal information. 

Personal information is information about an identifiable individual and includes your name, and contact details.  This Privacy Policy applies to all people who: 

  • Interact with us either directly or indirectly; and/or  

  • Use, register, apply for, or enquire about our products and services; and/or 

  • Have had their personal information shared with us through a third party (such as your employer, or someone else referring you to us). 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

What information we collect about you

We collect your personal information from you directly (when you interact with us over email, website, phone, or in person), or indirectly (either from someone who has referred you to us, or technical information collected via your use of our website, our devices or our software subscriptions, should you choose to use them).  Where you use our devices or software subscriptions, the Privacy Policy of that provider will apply. 

Personal information we may collect includes: 

  • Your identification and contact details, including your name, email address, and phone number; 

  • Your employment information, such as your employer and your role title; 

  • Your opinions, queries, complaints, testimonials and other verbal and written communications provided to us through your interactions with us, including participation in our Programmes; 

  • Your photo and or video recordings of you captured during your participation in our Programmes (unless you have requested not to be included in such photos/video recordings). 

If you choose not to provide us with the personal information requested, we may not be able to register you for our Programmes, or you may not be able to use our devices or software subscriptions which may affect the effectiveness of our Programmes. 

How we can use your information

We use your personal information for the purposes of: 

  • managing your enrolment;   

  • delivering our Programme; 

  • recommending further Programmes that may be relevant to you; 

  • marketing and promotional use (where you have not withdrawn your consent). 

We may share your personal information with our suppliers, including facilitators, to enable us to deliver our Programme.  We will not share, sell or disclose your personal information to any other third parties without your consent (except as required by law). 

Storage of your information

Any personal information we collect about you will be stored in a secure data storage system located in New Zealand, Australia or other overseas jurisdiction owned by our data storage provider.   

We use a range of physical and electronic data security measures to protect your personal information from loss, unauthorised use, access modification or disclosure, including access management systems and encryption. 

Access and updating your information

You can contact us to request access, or to correct, the personal information we hold about you.  Depending on what you are requesting, we may charge an administrative fee to process your request to cover our costs such as locating, collating, printing and supplying the information to you.
