What you’ll learn…

Each day is designed to rapidly build clarity, confidence and capability. Through discussion, workshops, and hands-on application, you’ll work alongside a small group of like-minded business owners and leaders, applying insights directly to your business as you go.

The programme includes six full, in-person days, over two months to give you the time and space to implement strategies with ongoing coaching between each session.

DAY 1

Business Growth Fundamentals

You’ll be grounded in the growth fundamentals that really drive a business forward. We’ll strip it back to core principles, challenge assumptions, and kick off your live strategy.

DAY 2

Growing Customer Demand

We deep dive into your customers, your value proposition, and how you show up in the market. This day is all about unlocking demand with insight and structure.

DAY 3

Product & Finance Growth

We’ll explore product design as well as pricing and financial fundamentals to help you lead with numbers.

DAY 4

Operational Efficiencies

Growth is great, but only if your process and systems can keep up. This day focuses on how your business runs behind the scenes, and what “just enough structure” looks like for you business.

DAY 5

Leading Self

This day is all about you. It helps sharpening your focus, lifting your habits, and learning how to achieve more outcomes with less stress and lower burnout.

DAY 6

Strategic Leadership & Beyond

Bring it all together. This final day is about strategic organisational leadership, implementation and momentum. You’ll finalize your strategy plan, and get clear on how to keep moving forward and have everything you learned be able to live after the course.

    Between sessions, you’ll have access to 1:1 coaching to support what you’ve learned and keep moving forward. No fluff, no jargon, just things that work.

  • The programme runs over 6 to 8 weeks, with six in-person learning days delivered across three immersive two-day sessions.

    This structure gives you the space to absorb, apply, and reflect between sessions, without losing momentum. It's designed to work with the rhythm of real business life, focused bursts of deep work, spaced with time to implement.

    You’ll also complete targeted action tasks and have access to 1:1 coaching between sessions to keep things moving.

  • We strongly recommend attending all six in-person days, as each one builds on the last and contributes directly to your strategy and outcomes. If you know in advance that you can’t commit to the full programme, it’s best to wait for the next cohort.

    This ensures you get the full value and don’t miss out on the momentum, clarity, and collaboration that come from being in the room.
