HK Kitchens had everything you’d expect of a great business: talented people, a respected product, and strong customer relationships. The potential was all there, it just wasn’t working in harmony yet.

When the construction sector began to slow, the challenge sharpened. Rising costs, fewer builds, and struggling customers tested both revenue and confidence. Inside the business, decisions became slower, silos started to form, and morale waned. Progress felt stuck, and the next step wasn’t clear.
