AI that works.
You've got the subscription. You're not getting the value. A half-day with Point16 changes that.
Point16 AI Workshop
The P16 AI Workshop is a half-day, hands-on AI training session for New Zealand business owners and teams, delivered by Point16. It covers how to use Claude effectively for real work tasks, including prompting, delegation, and building workflows that stick. Available as a 1:1 session for business owners or a group workshop for teams.
THE PROBLEM
The gap between paying for AI and using it is costing you.
Most businesses have the subscription. Very few have a system.
Nine in ten employees expect AI to affect their work. Proficient users are saving an average of 1.5 hours every day. But most teams are nowhere near that, because access isn't the same as knowing how to use it.
Some of your team are already using AI, in different ways, with wildly different results. Others haven't started yet, and the guilt is quietly building. Either way, there's no shared standard, no consistent approach, and the businesses pulling ahead aren't using smarter AI. They're just using it more deliberately.
The problem isn't the technology. It's that nobody has shown your people how to use it for the work they actually do. Generic training doesn't fix that. A two-hour YouTube rabbit hole doesn't fix that. A half-day session built around your real tasks does.
What we cover
The P16 AI Workshop is hands-on from the start. We cover how Claude works, how to interact with it well, what to hand off and what to keep, and how to know whether what you're getting back is actually any good.
Then we work through real problems. Not made-up examples. Your tasks, your business, on the day.
You leave with a workflow that works from day one, and a team working from the same playbook.
Stop flying blind
Most people are using AI the way they first figured it out: slowly, randomly, and well below its ceiling. You'll leave knowing the main ways to use AI, how to set up Projects that remember your context, and how to pick the right tool for the job. No more guesswork.
Stop rewriting the same prompt
What you get out depends entirely on what you put in. One simple framework (ACT: Action, Context, Tone) makes every prompt land better, first time. You'll also learn how to get Claude to improve your own prompts, and how to check whether the output is worth using before you act on it.
Stop doing work AI should be doing
Not everything should go to AI. Some things definitely should. A clear delegation matrix helps you sort what to automate, what to keep, and what sits in between. You'll leave with a list of tasks to hand off this week, not someday.
Who’s it for
How we deliver it: Primarily in-person, in Auckland and across New Zealand. Sessions can be tailored for virtual delivery where needed.
For business owners (1:1)
A half-day session built around your specific business. We work through your calendar, your recurring tasks, and your biggest time drains. You leave with a personalised setup and a clear starting point, not a framework to figure out later.
For teams (group session)
A half-day workshop for your whole team. Same structure, same depth, with the hands-on section built around tasks your team actually does. Ideal when you want everyone working the same way, not six people developing six different habits on their own. Suited to teams of 6–8 people.
Built by people who use it every day.
Point16 is a New Zealand business growth consultancy that has worked with hundreds of Kiwi businesses across the businesses they own, advisory engagements and The Business Growth School. We went deep on using AI in our own business before we taught it to anyone else, which means everything in this workshop comes from real experience, not theory.
The P16 AI Workshop was developed and is delivered by Jamie Russell, COO of Point16 and the team's internal AI expert. Jamie leads AI implementation across Point16 and the businesses they work with, which means everything in this workshop comes from doing it, not just teaching it.
The session is the start, not the end.
For new clients, we include a check-in around two months after your session. It keeps the habits on track and gives us a chance to troubleshoot anything that hasn't stuck yet.
For existing P16 clients, AI progress becomes a standing item in your regular accountability catch-ups.
